Located in the YARDS industrial precinct, the project features the design and construction of a 27,335 sqm industrial unit, including 1,056 sqm of office space and 200 car parking spaces. The warehouse is set to achieve a 5-star Green Star rating.
The YARDS offers excellent connectivity to the M4 and M7 motorways as well as the new Western Sydney Airport at Badgerys Creek, ensuring direct access to major transport hubs and future-ready infrastructure.
Gonzalez Steel’s scope of work encompassed the procurement, manufacturing, surface treatment, and installation of steel components for various buildings within the project, including the warehouse, main office, and office canopies. Effective coordination of deliveries amidst challenging logistics played a crucial role in ensuring smooth progress and successful project outcomes.
